About Garland, Texas

Garland, Texas has a variety of attractions including the Mesquite Rodeo and the Garland Sports Hall of Fame. Garland is also home of the Hawaiian Falls Adventure Park, which has the Waikiki Wipeout, the Flyin’ Hawaiian, the Pipeline and the Pineapple Express. In addition, the Hawaiian Falls Adventure Park has The Kona Kooler and the Hawaiian Halfpipe plus the Keiki Kove and Coconut Groove.

 

Surf and Swim expands the fun with four-foot waves and a beach setting that includes pecan trees. Wet N’ Wild continues the water adventure with its wave pool and body flumes. There is also a place for children. Garland, Texas offers softball and soccer games as well.  Softball can be played at the Jerry Carter and Cecil Winters softball complexes. Grand Prairie Horse Race provides opportunities for betting on the ponies. Also in the Garland, Texas area is Ridgewood Bingo. and the Texas Skatium.
